If you are carrying something alone — a grief, a secret, a weight that no one around you fully understands, I want you to know: I have been exactly where you are.

I an Intuitive Ancestral Healer, a certified grief and trauma specialist, an End-of-Life Doula, and a trauma-informed genealogist. But the title that matters most is this: I am someone who has walked through the fire and discovered healing, on the other side.
My spiritual mentor once told me: “You have carried the weight of others your whole life, it is time for you to put it down.” And she said: “You have to learn to receive. If you don’t learn to receive, you will lose the gift of giving.”
That is what I offer you now — a place to receive. A place to be the one who is held, instead of the one who holds everyone else.
WHAT I DO
I work with people who are carrying grief they cannot put down — grief from loss, from addiction in their family, from disconnection, or from a longing they cannot quite name.
Sometimes that work begins with uncovering the stories of your ancestors, the traumas, the resilience, the patterns that have been passed down through generations. Sometimes it begins with learning to recognize the signs your loved ones are already sending you.
And sometimes it begins with the simplest, hardest thing: giving yourself permission to believe. Together, we listen for what your soul already knows. We open the channels between you and those in Spirit who have been trying to reach you.
