​ We will begin this 90 min session by exploring ancestral healing and how to deepen your connection with your ancestors understanding what may have been passed down. I will then introduce you to the many paths and roads that are available to begin or deepen your spiritual exploration. You may already have a path that that is calling you or I will help you discover one that feels right for you. You will leave this session with knowledge and tools on how to continue on this path and a sense of peace that you have begun the journey.

Ancestral Healing is discovering and bringing alive the stories of your ancestors. What your ancestors may have endured and survived, and what they triumphed over. You will discover things you never knew, giving you a deeper sense of who you are and some of the emotions and reactions that you have been feeling.

Bernadette Thompson is the owner of Tell Me Our Story, Ancestral Healing. She is an intuitive Spiritual, and Life coach for those seeking guidance through difficult times. Using Ancestral Healing to help heal the past looking for a way to move forward with their lives. With a degree in Psychology and professional certifications in grief and trauma, she has spent over 20 years helping middle school students and elders through some of life’s most difficult transitions. She holds an End of Life Doula professional certification, from the University of Vermont. Bernadette is also a trained genealogist, helping people discover the records and documents that tell their family’s story guiding them with the knowledge of their ancestors.
